Have you listened any one snoring?How do you feel?How can this be avoided?

yes i have here someone snoring and i find it really irritating. so when i hear one, i wake the person up and tell to k sleep somewhere far from me where i'm not disturbed

Yeah...I feel a fun time has just begun on listening the wheezing in the middle of the night and will never say never mind, I must do something. About its remedial method, what I did last time to my friend, I do 'salt fishing'. Tie up a cubicle salt (granule type) with the little sewing string, so your finger justly like a fishing rod and the tied salt as a bait, bring the 'bait' to touch the lips of the snorer. See how? Amazing...!!!

Snoring is not harmful to health but it indicates that the snorer got some respiration problems which is not efficient. To avoid it completely just ask others to do 'salt fishing' on us if we are the great beautiful snorer. I never quarreled with a snorer because their snoring is my fun time for 'salt fishing'.

Snoring can cause sleep deprivation, based on experience fat people usually snores more than thin ones, others may avoid you from sleeping together since sleeping beside a snoring person will end up in you not getting sleep also. Good thing no one in our household snores. But you can't really avoid it, especially when you sleep at a friend place but I have learned a technique. What I do is nudge the snoring person but not hard enough to awake him, nudging a snoring person a little will cause him to stop snoring that will be you chance to sleep, so when he snores again you're already asleep, But if you wake up due to his snoring, just repeat the process again. Haha. I have been sleeping with a husband who snores whenever he sleeps. First it used to disturb my sleep. Now it helps me to sleep as I have got used to that background music. Sometimes if the position of sleep changes, he doesn't snore.

My husband snores and it drives me crazy because I am such a light sleeper and I wake up each and every time he starts to snore. I usually poke or shake him and he will turn over and sleep on his side and then he does not snore anymore. Sometimes though if he is really tired and keeps going on his back to sleep and the snoring starts and I wake him up he will go downstairs on the couch to sleep. He says the couch is better for his back anyways.
