What is the fastest PC as of this time?

The RAM capacity makes the PC fast or slow,you can change the question as which is best processor nowadays?.So keep your computer up to date and update your drivers,load only needed softwares thats all.

In terms of what makes a fast pc I would say it's important to have the maximum amount of RAM or memory in your system, it's common to have 4GB now and very important, the processor! They have quad core processors now (four processors within the same housing unit), it's good to have this specification in your system but it would be very expensive. My own pc is quite fast, I only have 2GB or Ram and a dual core processor but it seems to be working extremely well. Of course, it's the other maintenance in the background that needs to be carried out on a regular basis like removing temporary files, cookies and general hard drive maintenance in terms of disk defragmentation, disk cleanup and so forth. Pcs will continue to expand and become more powerful over the coming years and processors are likely to become that much smaller. Andrew

I think you are referring about the powerful PC nowadays not a fastest PC. A powerful PC can be a slow PC if loaded with so many programs. It will be only faster if there is no program being installed on it.
