Cebu would be another. Not a lot here in Mindanao.

I hope you can visit malaysia one day, I agree there are plenty foreigners in the Philippines visiting I think this is because of the season there. I visited malaysia about six times foreigners there is five times the number of foreigners if you compares in the Philippines. I think in malaysia foreigners is more secured when compared to Philippines, because if we take a look on the crime rate Philippines have more percentage if compare to Malaysia.

Boracay has a lot of foreigners, especiallyng during summer. I was there once during rainy season and you can still see a lot of people there. Cebu and Bohol are also popular places for foreigners. Panglao Beaches have a lot of people from different countries hanging around.

I think here in Cebu. A lot of foreigners in here not just in the mall but in the streets and wherever place you go like Americans, Koreans, Japanese, Australians and a lot more.

You can see many foreigners in Boracay and in Palawan. They love the sunset and the beach. They want to spend time swimming and surfing. Actually, there are many places where they can spend time with nature. Like in Bohol and Cebu. Places where there are lots of tourist attraction.
Recently, in Cebu one of the famous attraction is the "Dancing Inmates" of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center. The prisoners became internationally famous because of their dancing performance. Lots of foreigners visit this place to see their live performance. I think most of the foreigners that you see are just tourists.

If a lot means more than 10 of them you can see in a day, then there are a lot of them I see in Mcdonalds LOL. Then I see them strolling in the boulevard, across the street there's a resto which has more foreign costumers than locals. Then bars at night are crowded with them. The school has foreign students as well converging on a small hang out for students. Most resorts are crowded with foreigners because they can afford more than the locals.

I'm here in Cebu for most part of my life and I haven't traveled a lot. Anyway, there are a lot of foreigners here in Cebu. It's not surprising because first, Cebu is one of the major cities here in the Philippines. It is the center of trade in the Visayas area and also for the whole Philippines. Many multinational corporations are based in Cebu thus the presence of foreigners aren't new. Second is that Cebu has a lot of very good beaches and tourist spots. I think the most popular land mark Cebu ever have is the Magellan's Cross. Aside from the Magellan's cross, the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño is also one of the most sought after places in Cebu. Cebu also has a lot of good beaches. One of the developing beaches is Bantayan Island which has become the Holy Week capital of Cebu. It has become a Holy Week capital because the island's feast day is held during the Holy Week.

I really think that foreigners are plenty in any major cities in the Philippines. Why? Because since they are new in this country, they would all prefer to stay somewhere near that is accessible to almost everything. Rural areas might be a lot cheaper than the cities but they don't offer much compared to the cities. Specific places to find foreigners are in the malls, beaches, hotels, and even red districts.

definitely cebu is a place where u can find lots of foreigners specially korean nationals. because cebu has a lot to offer such as beautiful beaches and the people are so hospitable that's why foreigners loves cebu city the queen city of the south.

there are so many great places that tourists could go to in the philippines. Bohol,Bagio and Manila bay to name some. But i think boracay is one to be considered in the philippines. foreigners there is dominating the shores of boracay. night life is a very common thing in boracay. it keeps the spirit up of the people going there.
