why do we have to work or earn..??

Yes there should be time, to spend with your family, but you have to work my earn the money, to pay the bills, and keep a roof over you head, and to have food to eat, if you just sit around and enjoy your family, where is the money going to come from? yes I know some people hate to work, but we all have to do it, if we want good things in life.

Really interesting discussion, so many times I have think
about this when I was in the relax time, but unfortunately if
I want to be enjoy my life without money, nobody can respects me,
including the family members, and other friends too, because the
money is very important in order to improve our social life as well
to have the good and comfortable life styles. Most of the peoples
would spend their entire life for the money, because we can not avoid
this situation, and also you have knew that we need the house, foods,
dress, education, health, etc., so all needs money, fortunately if I have
got any lottery of 1 millions USD then of course I would sit and enjoy
my life in the way of as you have said.

Honestly? Food. That is the only reason. Not even shelter comes before food.

Food and the security that we will have enough of it for the future. When we then have food, we can focus on important things like building shelter and then after we have shelter, we can focus on whats going on around us (knowledge, learning, interaction). A hungry child cannot learn.

Well, it'll be perfect if all of us do not need to work and still have a peaceful life. But most of us have certain degree of desire, we want to enjoy some materialistic life. Even if we only want food, we need to work for that too. We have to plant, water and harvest. I'd really love to spend more time with my family, but we still need to face the reality, and trap into this rat race. But, we can always find a way to run out of the race, I'm thinking and finding the way if I can do so, so that I can spend more time with my family.

What a wonderful concept it would have been if all our needs were taken care of and we would not have to work! Oh! to be able to enjoy life to the fullest without any worries. To be able to travel, to have exotic food, to enjoy the beauties of nature everywhere, to enjoy sunrise and sunsets, to hear birds tweet,to enjoy everything as it is,fantastic. But then you realise that is not for you, your parents were not rich, you did not become the sole heir of long lost uncle. You have a family to look after and worry for your own future when you grow old.So you have to work. You have to get up early, rush through your morning chores and join the rush hour traffic every day to bring in the weekly or monthly pay check- you have responsibilities!
