When do you know its time to end a friendship?

I think it's time to end a friendship if you have been let down a number of times and you don't trust the person anymore. The no. one ingredient for a good friendship for me is Trust.

I think it is important to make a true friendship.

On my own way of friendship i know when to stop or ended that relationship by means of i couldn't feel good with him or her. When i fell am still happy and the relationship goes strong it doesn't create any problem to both parties. But if i feel it was too boring and i feel it's not quite good better to end it up.

I have ended friendships when there seems to be more drama in the friendship than is worth it from what we both get out of it. I have had friend's get married and their husband's don't like me or my husband and then the husband starts the drama saying that my friend can not be friend's with me. Life is to short I want friend's that I can share things with and enjoy life.

Friendship is one of the great words ever used to describe a good relationship between two people who are with the same or different gender. There is a time for everything under the sun, a time to love and a time to hate, a time to make friends and a time to step back from friends. I think that one of those times to end a friendship is when one is hiding something from the other. It is unfair for both of them if one is not honest about anything.

I think that when it is time to end the friendship depends on what kind of a friend a person is,if they are a regular friend then they might not care and would not put up the effort to make the friendship work,if they are a good friend they will try to make it work and it is right to end it if after so long it does not work,and a true friend is the one you do not want to get rid of,and you never truly end the friendship because they always come back no matter what,even if you stop being friends,and I have two friends like that who I would not want to get rid of.

A true friendship is not to be ended. You won't get a reason to end it. The people who insult you, talk about you to others, and still show a closeness to you, are not friends. End it as you realize how the person is.

i got a bestfriend whom i've treated like a sister for 18 years. i can even sacrifice my life for her. she started going out with this guy, who got a problem with being committed a couple of years back. gradually, i see this sweet, nice, selfless girl turns into someone who's calculative, shrewd, bitter and ugly. the new year of 2009 is also the end of our 18 years of friendship. Reason? she lied about being hospitalised on my wedding day, when she's suppose to be my Witness in church. i thank God that i managed to find someone to be my witness at the last minute.

I try to get rid of those that don't accept my son for who he is or is always needing me to do for them but when I need help are never around. I don't mind helping and I am pretty understanding but if they mess with my son they mess with me.

I guess trust,same wavelength,common interests and thoughts make up a gud friendship...If any one of tis is missin...then its time to move on and just be friendly...
