For you skin, go with a good moisturising lotion. I would suggest any Vaseline lotion since it is medically proven to be safe on all types of skin. You could also try Dove. Don't wear woollen clothes in direct contact with your skin, since wool is known to generate static electricity.

For your hair, remember to use a good conditioner once you wash it. Try to get a hair oil that is non-sticky and apply VERY LITTLE of it to your hair (maybe just 3 drops) while your hair is still wet. Use a wooden comb/hairbrush only. This absorbs the static electricity in your hair to a certain extent, and reduces the chances of hair damage.
