what do you know about chat rooms?  

I never have used chat rooms. I dont think we can use Mylot as a chat room, although we can send private messages to those people on opur friends lists. I really hope that helps,

I know enough about chat rooms to advoid them at all costs. Chatrooms are used by young people & they are either not aware f the dangers or just don't care about them until it's too late. Watch the news people. Enough said.

I am very familiar with chatrooms. I ran my own rooms for several years on the Italian side of a UK based chat site.

MyLot is not for chat though. It is a discussion site.

Hi there and welcome to myLot. This is a great place to visit and learn and also earn for doing so, but it's definitely so NOT a chat room! Even though many members here will communicate with you, it's not like a chat room in the typical sense. *smile*...

I used to love to chat, still do... and so would love to do so now, but don't really know where I can these days. When I first got on the web there was this really cool place called Virtual Love Chat. It gave me my first introduction to online chat, but doubt most or any others have even heard of that site. And probably you neither. *lol*.. Then there was Bianca.com.. There must be some peeps out there/here... in myLot land who HAVE actually heard of that place in cyberspace.

But you see, holololita, the main problem I have about/with chatting, is the fact that even though I am so blessed with having and using a Mac/Apple laptop to access the net, it has truly limited me in being able to access chat rooms.

If you or anyone else here has some good help/links to share about this that would be way cool.

And hope you find out more about what you are looking for in regards to chat rooms.
