Before I drank green tea a lot, more than coffee and after the end of the week I'd experienced a severe headache that sometimes makes me throw up then I stopped drinking green tea and more with water then I never experienced headache. Earlier I received a phone call from my older sister telling me that she got migraine. She drink 6 cups of green tea every day and even before she sleep. I believe that green tea can cause dehydration that give someone headache that lead to migraine based on my personal experienced, even though there are so many causes of migraine and drinking green tea or coffeinated drinks could be one reason. I told and explained my sister but she doubt it since she thought that what causes her migraine is lack of sleep and stress, well it could be.
So what do you think? Do have any experiences the same with us?

I never heard any theory that green tea can cause a migraine. In Japan, people are drinking green tea all the time, but till now, there are no record showing that Japanese people have a high percentage of migraine. In fact, I heard a theory if you drink adequate amount of coffee, it can be a good medication for headache. I think the headache is including migraine and adequate means only small cup of coffee in a day.

I forgot this. Maybe, your sister is right. Lack of sleeping can lead many problem in our health. That's why I always try to sleep early and keep 7-8 hours sleeping. Sometime, people forgot how important it is. Here is what I got from Wiki, the National Sleep Foundation in the United States maintains that seven to nine hours of sleep for adult humans is optimal and that sufficient sleep benefits alertness, memory, problem solving, and overall health, as well as reducing the risk of accidents.

I know I get sick after having green tea, but I can't remember exactly what happens to me, since it's been years since I've had green tea. I think it might have been a migraine... can't remember
