what does it mean the star and numbers in my user name????? / myLot

I was wondering the star in my username together with the numbers?Everytime i respond the discussion i always see that star and number's, but when i check to other respondent they dont have, but the other's have too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! The star is for your reputation in mylot while the number is for your total post that you have done in mylot.

so its means, my no. is 7 with grey star.i already 100 respond to mylot?????

To get a star and the number, one must have posted a minimum of 100 posts. After which mylot administrators will allot a star and the number to its member. If u take the cursor near the star it will also indicate your scorings out of 100.
