Messages sent to myLot disappear from my message list in my pofile

I sent a message to myLot with some quesions/ideas earlier today and when I went back, the message has disappeared. Has this happened to anyone? I have sent them a message before and that went through with no problems and they replied to it.

no..i have send almost 5 messages to myLot staff when i was new here...but all of them were answered by myLot staff within 1-2 days...i never see this problem. I guess you might have ask very tough question that myLot staff can not answer to and so they delete it.....(^_^)

I doubt they would delete them on purpose, maybe I just sent the message when they were doing some changes and it got lost. I have received replies to most of my messages to them though.

I have trouble posting replies to messages. I post it and then it is not there. I even pm'ed mylot and of course they said they saw no problem. I do not know why this happens. I just resend it and try to copy it to word before I do any posting in message s for this reason.
