Graphic Design Schools

Hi! Im a foreign exchange student in germany and am moving on to college/university next year. I want to go in the field of graphic design and am having trouble finding a good and affordable one. So far im looking at University of Illinois at Chigago and Arizona State University. Does anyone have any ideas? I would like ideas preferably in the United States, but outside of the US might be ok, as long as the courses are in german or english. Thanks for the Help!
