Lily's Cancer  |

 I know on the show Lily has cancer, but does she really have a shaved head? I feel bad for her because she is sick with cancer and she lost her best friend Colleen. I had a family member who died from cancer and had lost her hair so I know what Lily's character is going through.

1.  alexsis (2027) | 2 months ago |  No, Lily doesn't really have a shaved head. We she first had shaved her head you could have seen that it wasn't real. But now it does really look like she shaved it. Yes, that is sad that she has cancer and lost her best friend all at the same time, and she didn't get to attend the service.

2.  caroll30 (1107) | 2 months ago |  I dont think Lilys head is really shaved. They have masks to put over your hair and head to make u appear bald. I feel very sorry for that character part, but rmember its not Lily that really has cancer. Both my parents died from cancer but did not lose their hair they didnt have kemo at least my dad didnt.

I knew that had masks for the hair, but I was not sure if she had shaved or not. I know that when Ashley had the cancer she had hid her hair in bandanas to make it seem like she was losing her hair.
Lily's character has had it hard lately. She is sick and she lost her best friend Colleen. I hope the writers will turn things around for her. | |

It was hard on her when she could not go to Colleen funeral but Cane did the best thing he called I think Lily's brother and he let her listen to what was going on. Cane and Lily are getting closer so maybe she will get pregnant and have the baby she has always wanted. | |

I am sure it is hard on Lily to be in the house all day long. I hope Lily can get pregnant because she wants a baby so badly. I am also glad that Neil has backed off on Lily and Cane's marriage. Neil can be so overprotective sometimes. | |

| 5. stealthy (3006) | 2 months ago |  No she doesn't have a shaved head. Unlike the guy who plays JR(another cancer storyline) on All My Children, she showed up at the Daytime Emmys which were after the storyline started and had long hair; the guy playing JR had a shaved head at the Emmys.

It helps us keep the costs down. How many soaps do you watch? I only watch Young and the Restless. I have been watching it for years and am so addicted to it. | |

I know it difficult to loose a friend and having to deal with it while being sick mut be very difficult and sressful. I was never a Lily fan and to tell you the truth I wish they could write Cane and Lily out of the soap for awhile.......something like sending them to another state to a cancer research center.
