Since I was advised bed rest on account of my accident I had put on a lot of weight which I struggled to lose. Now I do not find myself looking good specially my face looks drawn in and I am thinking of doing something to gain some weight. What is your opinion on this?

Have 2 glasses of banana milk shake everyday. Include lots of nuts in your diet.

To gain a pound, you should add 3500 calories in your average daily requirement. Get it from foods high in calories. If you divide it by 4, which is 875 calories added per day to your daily requirement, you can gain a pound every 4 days.
