i like to drink tea, do you?

Tea is not my drink of choice. I would much rather have a good cup of coffee. I don't like tea hot or cold. I do like coffee a lot though. I can drink coffee in the morning or at night. Some days I do both. I'm not sure if that's too healthy either!

I think that drinking tea is not much of problem. The problem arises when all we want is tea, tea, tea, and no other drink. I have not made an in-depth research on the effects of tea in the body particularly in the area of health. But as of now, I have not read yet a very bad news about drinking tea. I drink tea when there is a tea provided by anyone. If not, I am content with water, and at times coffee. The best drink still is water - natural water.

I like tea and it is my favourite hot drink. I add lemon and 1 teaspoon sugar and it becomes excellent.
It does not harm much, so far i know.

I am a coffee drinker but I do enjoy a delicious cup of tea every now and then. I like raspberry flavored tea, ginger and lemongrass. I drink it as it is, though, no sugar. Except a little bit of honey on lemongrass tea tastes really nice.

I love drinking tea with honey but i need to refrain from taking it now. It has a contraindication over my esophagitis reflux. I missed drinking tea.

i drink green tea in between meals, this is because when your stomach has food, tea can effect absortion and it irritates the stomach causing some undesirable side effects and driking tea is also not good if your stomach is empty, but if i want my tea to go with my meal i will use a more oxidised tea co'z it increases fat excreation...

before marraige i won't like to have tea. After marriage i started drinking tea because my husband will have tea daily in the morning so along with him i started having tea. now i used to it. and i like it very much.
