calling rates on seconds!!  | |  hey guys! here in india calling rateshave started being billed on seconds with 1ps for one second on almost every network.isnt that cool.saves a lot of money for youth as we dont call for hrs but just for almost 20 sec to say something like to inform my friend that i am waiting at the ticket counter.

i think if you are habitual with long talkin but not multiple time calls then older one is better.
but if you are a short time called and do multiple call in a single day then the pay per second is a good option.
