Am I getting fat and lazy or just getting old?  |

Hey friends, These days I observe some changes in me. I have noticed that just after taking my lunch I start feeling very drowsy (which never use to happen earlier) also iam getting tired very soon. When i sleep I snore very loudly, lol. My brother says that iam putting up weight that’s why i snore so loud  I wonder what these symptoms are indicating? Am I getting lazy or iam getting fat? Or I just have to accept iam no more a teenager and iam getting old and these symptoms are pretty normal, lol. Cheers, Tutul

tutul0045 (1248) | 3 weeks ago | Hi, May be inadequate rest in the reason. I may take a long weekend and c whether it helps or not. I try to sleep 8-9 hours a day but not alaways i get it.

For reducing weight, you change your life style. Start taking vegetable more. Avoid butters, meat also. Do some physical activities. All these combinedly will help to feel light. Age is not the base of getting old, dear. It is our mind, that leads us to feel old. Start enjoying some funny movies. (instantly you can go for some movies clips of johny lever, i really like his actions). Laughter is the best medicine.

tutul0045 (1248) | 3 weeks ago | Hi borhan, Well what to say..right from my teen age i started going to gym. I was a passionate body builder and competed in few competetions too. I still go to gym ... but not to compete but to keep myself fit. I dont know its becoz of due to lack of physicla activities. One thing is sure i have to add more walking in my routine. I realize that with cars, bikes and auto rickshaw around i dont walk that more which i use to. Thanks for your advices.

Getting sleepy after a meal usually happens when you ate too much or took in too much carbohydrates (rice, flour, potato. Or the worst is...you have diabetes. So, why don't you create a new habit after eating? I always walk around a bit. drink a glass of cold water. Sleeping after eating makes you fat.

Due to this i tired earlier, feel drowsy and even snoring during sleeping. But i got cured from high blood pressure, all those symptoms got reduce.So in my case it was because of disease. In your case problem may be different but that you have to check out.As per one of the mylottian, because you may work hard. My neighbour has diabetes and she is only 15 years old. What to say! India have become the capital city of all kinds of ailments. Diabetes, aids, cancer we have it all in us. Lack of awareness and unhealthy lifestyle is doing us big time. Anyways ty for your reply. U take care.

My kidney get damaged with stone then it doesn't work properly. so my blood pressure increased. Once i got cured using ayurvedic as well as alopaethic medicine.But again i got this disease due to creation of stone again. I cannot control stone creation in my kidney; there are ways to stop creation of stone but i cannot implement it regularly.

tutul0045 (1248) | 3 weeks ago | Hey there, Yes i guess u made a valid point. I think if u are not sleeping well then also u r going to put on weight. Any disorder can make u either thin or fat. Iam planning for a long vacation say for atleast a month. I want to change few things in me in these period. And hopefully that will help me to realize where lies the fault.
