my question quite clear that how many hour in a day you people usually use to sleep well i sleep atleast eight hours a day and if there is no college but holiday than my sleep increase from 8 to 12 hours...
i knew i am so sleepy...

Normally it is said that 7 hours sleep is good for your health so I am trying to cut it down to 7 hours everyday. 12 hours would probably make your face look very sleepy and sloppy. I feel like a couch potato sleeping for 8 hours. Moreover I have heard the more you sleep the more you put on wweight. I am not really sure whether this is true.
I feel time is already less for us in this world so why sleep a lot and waste time. Anyway one day or other we are going to sleep forever.

Maybe when my situation is better i will slow down my steps and have a good sleep every night. BUt i am worried when that time will come. Wish i still have time to enjoy it.

Sometimes i feel fresher in the morning if I just sleep 7 hours instead, but then I get a bit drowsy during the afternoon. If I sleep more than 8 hours I end up feeling like a zombie for the rest of the day, and probably sleep more than 8 hours the night after (Sleep patterns).
On the other hand, if I don't get 6hours I would feel tired anxious and depressed till the rest of the day.
