to increase torrent download speed, you can trying finding a better download manager. the one im using right now is Chinese so i don't think you can use it. a better download manager means a higher download speed.

when you download a torrent you get a utorrent compatribilty list just below the torrent providers
click it copy allthe trackers then open your torrent in utorrent and paste these trackers your speed will be maximum as aforded by your net connection
