I had trouble sleeping last night so i decided to come down stairs and jump on the computer for a bit. While I was on here I started getting really bad pains in my lower stomach and felt likes I had to got to the bathroom so I went in and ended up getting so sick that I was vomiting for almost an hour...I didn't even know that much food or liquid could be in my stomach. This happened at 4 am and I was trying to be quiet as to not wake the rest of my family but it hurt so bad I had to make a little bit of noise. So I ended up falling asleep on my living room floor with a throw blanket and my bucket and fell asleep until ten minutes to 7 am and went up to wake me kids up for school and go about my day now here it is 4 hours later and I am so very tired from only getting 2 hours of sleep but don't want to take a nap because then I won't be able to fall asleep again tonight. So have you ever had a night like this where you couldn't sleep and then got sick for no reason at all?

I think we've all had those nights with the stomach flu or with something bad we've eaten. It's awful, though. I hope you feel better and that tonight you'll sleep well! Karen

Sorry you were sick. Sounds like it was pretty awful. This happened to me before. But it turned out it was food poisoning. That could be a possibility. Here is hoping you get some real rest tonight.

Thanks ersmommy, I am feeling much better, it seemed to just be for hat one period of time and I am honestly starting to think that it might of been something I ate...I am just glad it came and went quickly because I am not sure how much more of that vomiting I could of handled LOL Thanks for your response =)

Yeah, I've had them. No fun, no fun. It probably isn't for no reason though. There was probably something in something you ate and you got a mild case of food poisoning.

I never even thought about something like that...I can't recall what i had that night for dinner, I know it was something I cooked at home but not sure what. I haven't had anything like that happen again so far and thank goodness. Thanks for your response =)
