Do you think fast food is good for you?  | |  Hello,
Now day, everyone try to get on diet... For me, I dont really care how my diet would be cuz I like the way I look now and I just want to keep it like that. I know most people love to eat out, especially fast food cuz it is easy and fast and delicious. Do you think twice before you start buying your fast food? If you keep active then it won't hurt you.
Fast food is not that healthy for you if you think how much fating they add in those food. However, I fall for these fast food so much... especially Hamburger, I just can't get away from it. What do you think about fast food? how to stop this cave?

I love cheeseburgers, and sometimes it just makes me feel better to have one. In hat sense, it could be good for me emotionally or socially. I don't think it's a big deal if you eat fast food sometimes, just not all the time.

That is just one reason I try to stay away from fast food. But fast food is rather convenient when you need something on the fly, so I would not mind having some fast food once in a while. | |
