This is just a suggestion, but you could try making a blog, and then putting it on some sites for advertising such as Entrecard, or Adgitize. The stress of knowing someone else will be reading what you post, might be enough to whip you into shape. Give it a try it is free at blogspot.

just think of it as this way. the "topic" doesnt matter to you, but the "Result" of it matters to you. when you write papers, just think about what it will do to ur grade and you will find the will to do it.
