Ouch!!! have you ever woke up from bed with a bad neck cramp?

Yea I think thats what happened to me I must have fallon off my pillows my goodness it hurts I hope this pain dosent last long coz its definitely no fun OUCH!. thanks for responding.

Oh knee pain I've had that before though its been a while, its definitely difficult to function properly when a body part such as a knee, or like in my case the neck hurts, right now moving my neck to the left is a painful chore, well hopfully it wont last long. thanks for stopping in to this little topic happy lotting OUCH!

Yes I think I'll have to Waite it out, or I'll maybe try some over the counter pain relievers until it my neck gets better. thanks for responding.

Yeah you could try pain relievers but just be careful and do not overdose on them like some people tend to do,and I hope your neck gets better.

Don't worry I wont over does. I'm very careful about that kind of thing I know that even over the counter medicines can be dangerous thats why I only use over the counter medicines as directed and as a last resort.
