Adsense Payment |
|
After having my home school blog, for the last year and a half. I finally made the 100 dollars required to get paid by Adsense. I should get it by the end of November. If you blog, and use adsense, how long did it take you to reach that 100 dollar mark?

That site finally started paying people off of their own advertising revenue thank goodness, I only make a couple of dollars there a month, but it is certainly better than .01 a year I was making with Adsense. I don't have a whole lot of confidence in that model.

To get more out of adsense, you need to get more traffic. That much, I am aware of. Congrats on reaching the minimum payment.

missliss08 (172) | 3 weeks ago | Yes more traffic is a key, but you still have to have people who are interested in clicking on the ads. You could have millions of visitors, but no one clicks an ad, you still make zero dollars. I find what works best, and I hope to make next payout quicker, is using keywords, that will give a variety of ads to your site, making them more interesting to readers to click on them.

rg0205 (1727) | 3 weeks ago | I must admit, I am no genius when it comes to that but yes, keywords, content and search engine optimization has to do with the targeted traffic. Then, to my understanding, you get related ads to your site and that's how they click. I haven't tried it yet but I am reading and that's what I've gathered up so far. Thanks and happy mylotting

3. bryandairogarcia (123) | 3 weeks ago | I had adsense in my blogspot blog and it was doing fairly well. When I reached $25, adsense suddenly banned my account
I think they thought I was clicking my own ads since I setup my blog in the office where the IP was proxified. Naturally, anyone in my office reading my blog and possibly clicking on the some ads may look like it was me.
I got so frustrated with adsense that I did not bother to work on it anymore. I think it was just unfair that they didn't even give me good justification or data or whatever kind of warning so I could have done something about it. I know they are very detailed on their rules but as someone who was hoping to reach the first payout thru honest blogging, I was just really disappointed

missliss08 (172) | 3 weeks ago | Well that does stink, but makes sense. Too bad they refuse to communicate once your ad was suspended. I was thinking maybe it was because when you hit that number, they send you a pin number, and you have to go through this whole verification process. Maybe you failed to do that, and they suspended you.

| amprad (41) | 3 weeks ago | what did you mean by "google banned" your account. Is it that google is not displaying ads on your pages any more or is it that you can not log on to your google adsense account.
If you can access your google adsense account, sens a message from contact page they will definitely respond. You may have to verify your account and explain them the fact that you explained here.

| 4. cperry (13) | 3 weeks ago | Adsense is great but the high minimum payment is one the drawbacks. I know of a good Adsense alternative with a low minimum payout. Feel free to add me to your friend list and I'll send you the link. The payouts per click are equal to Adsense and in many cases better. This goes for anybody else interested as well.
