What's the risk of getting scam? For example, giving out your credit card number to buy something, where they duplicated another credit card with your number, and using your account. Any experiences? or anything similar?

The risk is that they are going to take all of your money or take all your personal information to use it for their own crimes online. And this is what they call, identity thief. Getting scam online could actually let you lose a lot and the only best thing to avoid them is to refrain from giving out your details especially information that involves money such as the one that you've mention which is the credit card.
