thumbdown Ugh. I have frequent insomnia, and I hate when it happens, as I'll sometimes be unable to sleep for 24 hours or more. I usually deal with it by getting out of bed and doing something pleasant, as I know when I am tired enough, I will sleep. I'm glad it doesn't happen all the time!
