actually a little chocolate is good for health..
Doctors say a human needs a particular amount a week..
Also the dark chocolate is the best and not milk chocolates..
Pure dark chocolate made of cocoa powder and some additives and sugar(not much) can be good for ur heart: proven by researches.

Yes chocolate is good for us to stay healthy! My family doctor also said that we should eat chocolate when we have a problem with our throat like sore throat. When I cough a lot and nearly lose my voice, I consume chocolate to feel better.

Keep in mind though that the chocolate recommended is the dark chocolate that has label 99% cocoa.

ya i too agree with u.when we feel headache or unconcious jst when we eat a choclate again we gain energy and feel more comfartable

not all chocolates are bad for your health, in fact dark chocolate has flavonoids which act as antioxidant which protect our body from aging caused by free radicals but over eating of it has bad effect so here's a handy tip for chocolate: 1. BALANCE YOUR CALORIE-meaning if you ate 100grams of dark chocolate within the day don't add more your calorie intake with different food 2. AVOID FILLINGS-avoid chocolate with nougat, caramel, nuts and other filling, this fillings are just additional sugar and fat which removes many of the benefit you can get from eating chocolate 3. AVOID MILK-don't complement your chocolate with milk cause it washes down the antioxidant of chocolate..hope this will be helpful.. thumbup

ya you are correct keeping our health in good conditions we can manage our diet and its not a problem to have choclates we can easily control our calories efficiency.we can even eat choclates with less sugar.
