well,actually,it is not a easy thing to keep fit,no matter how you keep it,just two days drinking or eating a lot will disturb you and ruin your project.but we should try our best to keep fit in order to keep away from some dieases and look beautiful.
the first is to give up bad habbit,like stay up in front of the computer.
second is to eat more vegetable than meat.
also,drink more water and do more excises.

The health industry is massively complex and there is so many different things that people claim to work and diets as well as wonder machines but it's really simple. Don't eat fatty or sugary foods, to much coffee.
Eat fruit and vegetables and go for runs or something along those lines every day and perhaps some weight training.

it is really easy to maintain ourselves fit if we follow the tips properly.

when i was pregnant i put on so much of weight .

then after my delivery i found it very difficult to het back to my normal weight.

but i did it and came back to my weight with my exercises and diet.

maintaining diet not only help us to keep thin but exercises.

exercises are very essential to have a healthy physique.

diet is very essential to have healthy body.

so reduce oil content and fat content food especially junk food.

have plenty of vegetables and fruits.

It is very hard to fit now a days. I myself have a difficulty of to be fit. I gained so much weight for the past 3 years. I tried to exercise but my problem is I can't control my eating habits.

Lol welcome to mylot, i do the famous breathing exercises as taught by Ramdeb baba of india in the early morning for 30 minutes, next i go for morning work for 30 minutes to one hour, that too is a good exercise lol.......
I am health consious it keeps me fit.
