Hi rajkumarsri, go to the site of paypal.com. Sign up in the site like what you do while joining in this site with your any email id. Then you are able to access your account there. You need not to give any money to join in the site.It is like bank account we are having.
After joining this you can connect your mail id which you used to created the account in paypal to this site so your earning after it reaches the payout will be transferred to your paypal account.
You shall connect your paypal account to your bank account or you can connect it to your credit card or have any online purchase through. For those details of connecting paypal account to your bank account more details will be given in that site.

Hi Rajkumar sri, welcome to mylot, this is your first discussion. Well just o to www.paypal.com create an account there using your email id, some pass word, it is free, no initial deposit is required as needed in our bank accounts.
