Is it possible to do good work and have a really good experience .....

I have worked under a really bad boss just like that and I look back on it now and see that I could have handled it differently then I did, but I just did my job the best I could, kept quite and hoped she wouldn't notice me to much. I really needed the job and they were very hard to come by at that time. Now I would have talked to her and asked her if she wanted to do my job or to let me do it, but now I have a lot less to loose.

I have had a difficult boss once but she wasn't dumb enough to try to change the way I worked. if I got a bad boss that tried to undermine me . I would just slow down and look for another position. For good work to get done, you ned a worker who Knows how to get it done And a boss who can trust that the worker knows how to get it done.

It's possible but it's difficult to maintain a good working relationship with a boss that is bad in most areas of his leadership. But we can always do good work no matter the circumstances if we love our work. Even then, our work will surely be affected. So, the best thing is to fire your boss and start your own business and be the boss that you always dreamed of.
