How can we make the world a better place to live-in?  

I think it should be started from our family.
Family is the real basic of the society.
If we can make our family a real place of peace and love, we do contribute in the development of a better world.

I definitely agree that by simply making ourselves as better persons would contribute greatly in making this world a better place. It is by making such a difference on our own selves would probably give an impact to the lives of everyone around us. I should note that such should be a collaborative effort, so it is better if we will encourage everyone to do as the song goes "If we wanna make the world a better place take a look at yourself and make that change."

I have some ideas: 1. we shouldn't use so many cars to use up so many gas. 2. we should process rubbish very carefully to make sure it will not pollute the earth. 3.we should grow trees as much as we can, there are less and less plants in cities.

hi fulltank we can start by cleaning up our beaches,our forests and along our roads. some countries actually punish people for littering. also much of our debris gets into the ocean and animals get caught for example on the rings of drink cartons and cannot get the rings off of them. The ocean is not a place for us to dump garbage in. the forests are not a place to liter.also we should if we just have to have that unhealthy cigarette do see that the thing is actually out before leaving. forest fires start from little sparks of fire,animals are burned,peoples homes are destroyed, the balance of nature is also destroyed.

for me ,maybe the answer is just enjoy everything around u,good thing and bad thing.here the word enjoy maybe means u should accept some things, at the same time, u must do sth to change some bad things, and no matter endings, u should keep a positive attitude continuously.

I saw also the MV of that Heal the World song made by various artist to help Haiti. And yeah, I love their version so much and I love how those artist impart just to have that great song. And love the rap part as well.

So, how we can make the world the "best" place to live in. Being a simple person would actually make it possible. We should start it with our family by having that great sense of discipline. Next would be to our surroundings and then to the whole world.
