Does anyone knew a simple science project?

How old is she? About 11 years old? I wonder if she is interested in human brain, if so perhaps she can read some literatures about brain, and made a brain modal. Brain has different parts, and different part implement different functions. She can try to combining several fractions into a whole brain.

What about allowing her to see what a plant does when there is the absent of a main ingredient to its growth.
For example place a pea between wet newspapers and then place it in a bottle and put in under the bed for some days. For contrast prepare the pea in a similar fashion but this time place it near the window. Note the difference.

I have a few if you are interested. It is called invisible ink. It actually helps you to make secret messages using household items as invisible ink to write in paper.
First you could try using a soap to write your secret message in a piece of paper. Then after writing you could give the paper to the person whom you would like to address the message and tell him/her to wet the whole paper with water and her secret message would just appear.
Another is, you could try writing your message using a candle in a piece of paper. Then give it to another person and tell him/her to heat the paper above a lighted candle. Just be careful not to burn the paper, just pass it over a lighted candle and the secret message would just appear as you heat it.
