Sad News. A friend has passed away |
|
I found out this morning that a friend from school has passed away. She had brain aneurysm a few months back and was told she only had a few months to go. Then it counted down to days. How could this happen? So sad she is so young only my age 29. She leaves behind 2 young children.. I am still In a bit of disbelief. Life is so short we need to appreciate every moment. R.I.P Kylie - you will be sadly missed

| 1. beautifulBrooke (70) | 3 weeks ago | Hi Pink, I am sorry for your loss. No doubt this is a tough time for you. You can still honor your friend by being there for her children. Help in their upbringing in anyway you can. As they grow continually share wonderful stories about their mother to keep her very much alive in them. Share photos or videos, whatever you have. Unfortunately tomorrow is never guaranteed to any of us, and death is an absolute guarantee in life. You are correct, the time is short. We hear many people say "live every day likes it's your last". What wise words. Be blessed and I will pray for all of your who knew and loved her.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. It is never easy to see a loved one pass on, and especially one so young. I would agree that helping with the children will be of benefit. Perhaps you can tell them stories of what their mother was like in school, what she did, and so forth. You could even put together a story book for them to remember their mother. It will help them in the grieving process.

4. RobsWife10706 (977) | 3 weeks ago | I am so sorry for your friend & for those that she leaves behind. I will keep you all in my prayers. I know this brings you small comfort now but this is not the end for your friend. Someday she will be resurrected & live a life without pain, sickness, or death. The bible promises us this. Speaking as someone who has lost many family members to death this is someting I look forward to.

8. oXAquaXo (252) | 3 weeks ago | I'm so sorry. Something similar to this happened to me in middle school. When I was in sixth grade, I had a friend in seventh grade that had brain cancer. As everyone knows, brain cancer is deadly and is irreversible. She died on Easter (which I think is a good sign, although I'm not religious). I couldn't stop crying, but I still went to school, because I just wanted to be around my friends. At her funeral, I didn't cry, because I wanted to stay strong for her parents. I still miss her, but I have learned to let her go. But I will always remember her in my heart. This is all just a part of life.

9. rg0205 (1718) | 3 weeks ago | Oh I'm terribly sorry to hear about this. It's so unfortunate that she's such a young woman. There was so much more life to live. Yes, this is a reminder of how short life really is.
7 years ago my grandpa died of the same medical issue. He had a brain aneurysm and died 3 days after being confined in the hospital.
I hope that given time, you'll be able to cope with your loss. I'd give you a hug if I were your buddy.
Be well and I hope everything gets better.
