How much do you care about your health?  |

As a person, we need to care about our self and especially we nee care from the other people too. But when we have a lot of work or school work to do, we haven't enough time to take care of our self. For me, when I have a lot of things to do, I cannot take care of myself at all, but still, I try to take care. Sometimes, I think that my health is not good, so I think it's the result of carelessness. How about you all?

But i not care about some small health problem, such as bruising, common cold and bad intestinal function. I do not visit hospital very often when i only had small health problem. I am sure of that is not a good habit. But i use to doing that.
