Actually there IS quite a lot of difference unless if you all live apart as distance relatives or something. One major difference is, is you're an only child, you don't have to share=P
The issue of sharing things, like if there's only 1 computer in the house for instance, so you get lesser time to use it. There's also the sharing of treats and candies; sometimes clothes if they fit.
It's fine being an only child but sometimes it could become lonely. Unless if you're imaginary by nature then you can entertain urself fairly well

| evelyntan (57) | 1 month ago | You can turn to friends for help too=P
Hmm I wonder what do you share in school? I'm still in school myself and for some reason I really cannot think of something I actually "have" to share. More like, I share voluntarily - food, for instance. The computers? There's enough for all. Seats? Same thing. So no, what to you have to share in school. Library books, perhaps - but that's not always the case.

We can share many things with others, including things what you said.Like food, I always bring a lot of food for my friends when I back school. So do my friend. I live on campus, sometimes I and my roommate should go to toilet at the same time. And so.

I think that some singleton children can get spoiled, but that doesn't happen to all only children. A few singleton children feel lonely when they grow up. I know my sister hoped she would get a little brother or sister. She got me but she had to wait five years.
In China it is normal for couples to have a singleton child. The government are attempting to lower the population.
I believe that children that have siblings learn to share and don't get spoiled. Much can depend on the age gaps, one to three year age gaps are the best in my opinion.
