Is there any substitute for Success other than Hard work?

Yes I would say this is the only way, you will get success because, without hard work you will gain nothing, at all sitting around wishing, for thing is not going to get it, you have to go after what you want, by working hard for it.

Success comes with hard work, talent and oppurtunities! In English-class we discussed a chapter of a book by Malcolm Gladwell, where he states the theory, that excellence at a subject, requires 10000 hours of practise at it!
If you search in Google for "The 10000 Hour rule" you will find, some articles on that chapter.

Again appreciating your good discussion here, the hard work
is not only the reasons for the success in the life but also
many more factors like Luck, Knowledge, Cleverness, Ability,
Performance, etc., So these all the habits would helps to get the
more success in the life as well as in the business. As you have knew
that without hard work we can not get the position but similarly the
luck is also very important to get the things in the right time and

I agree with you, friend. Although it is true that few people get money through lotteries, I wouldn´t say that is real success. Success doesn´t necesarilly mean money. I suppose that success for you would be to see that the biodiesel is working thanks to your help. That is more important than what you earn. I know we need enough money to have food, clothes, education and health. But that can be achieved with hard work.
