In what order do you put ingredients on your burger?

I don't make burgers at home, I make sandwiches and I would only put a couple of ingredients in it, maybe one or two. At times they are different but I mostly just really like a lettuce and ham sandwich. Burgers are nice too but I don't make them at home. So when I feel like a burger I would go to a take away store and buy one from there.

We usually sautee mushrooms and onions together to go on our burgers. We stack them with provolone, then the mushrooms and onions, and finally the sauce. Everyone that has came over and tried them has seemed to love them as much as we do. Even my sister who hates onions.

I usually put ketchup on the top bread and hamburger dressing on the bottom bread.
I put the cheese on top of the meat so it melts.
I also like to put bacon on the burger and then I always use the fat from the bacon to cook the burger, it tastes really good when fried in the bacon fat.
The most important ingredient is raw onion. Why don't you have any onion on your burger?

Top bread
Ketchup
Bacon
Tomato
Cheese
Meat
Onion
Hamburger dressing
Bottom bread

Ah my favorite. I always put mayo on the top bun with ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, onions and the cheese on the burger. Now i want one.

The order of my burger usually ends up like spongebobs' crabby patty...in this order:

Bottom patty bun
Burger
Lettuce
Cheese (to hold lettuce in place)
Tomato(to hold lettuce and cheese in place)
Onion (cause it's so pretty)
Ketchup or mustard (can't have both)
top patty bun

I don't eat burgers anymore but when I did I ate them two different ways. One would be with pepper and relish or pepper and lettuce. I'm one person that has never had a Macdonald burger ever. I have had Wendy's burgers but with again just lettuce and pepper. I don't eat burgers anymore because I stopped eating beef over a year ago.
