Do you keep a diary?  | |  Or should I rather say 'journaling'? Pretty much every one keeps an appointment diary or things-to-do diary but do you write down your feelings, experiences etc. I don't. However, I do think it's great if you do. It'll be something to look back on when you are old. All your memories in one place because our brains can't store that much information.

Sometimes there are just things you want to forget instead of being reminded about them. Journals can be very cool though. Imagine someone finding your journal in 100 years... it could make for interesting reading (or not). | |
