Distinguish the choice of brand names of clothes between the young and the old?

I am somehow similar to you as being young have a tendency to imitate the latest fashion trends and have to brag it with friends in order not to be left behind. As one grow mature and in you case you are already married, your priorities changes as well unlike when you are still single. Your focus is more in terms of self development and pleasing yourself by buying the branded item to pleasure yourself. But, now it changes as you venture in another situation for being a family man. Most of your time are devoted to family and providing their needs,instead of buying something which is not a basic needs. thanks

Among those elderly who are brand conscious I believe are mostly women as they are also the one who buy clothing for their husband and children most of the times. Thus, elderly buy branded clothing names rather than the generic clothing as they already familiar with the durability, and quality of the item. thanks

That really makes quite the differences between the branded and the non branded item are more durable and for comfort one need to buy it even though it is more expensive than the generic clothing as it really equate the price you pay for quality and satisfaction guarantee. thanks

I do agree as many teenagers and young children are into the latest hottest craze fashion trends in town and thus many imitate usually the latest gear/clothing apparels from the massive media advertising campaign. thanks

yup, i do agree and the young is more fashionable most of the times like to be updated in order not to get left behind by their friends who also fashion trend setters. Whew, that is very costly too buy expensive clothing and it would not hurt if one buy to those second hand shop or surplus store as long as the fabric is good and one feel comfort upon wearing it. have a great day!

2nd hand stores is a very good place to get them but make sure ya wash them before wearing.
cause most of the times they stink and I dont know why for they are surpose to wash them before they put then out on the racks.

Yeah, need to wash first to kill those microbes or at least soak in warm water...
maybe they smell because it is stored for a longer times thus not yet ventilated in an open air...

Most teenagers like to look trendy and smart with their choices of dress that they opt to buy branded names rather than the generic non-branded apparels/accessories. It is also true to becoming updated most young prefer to buy the latest fashion or hottest stuffs to make their peers jealous of their new looks and be always look fresh and popular.thanks

Yeah, comfort should be the foremost priority one need to think of and it would not bother if the clothes is branded or the generic types as long as it best fit in one personality. it is better to stay simple, comfort and yet still remain stylish. thanks.

surprisingly generic clothes have more variety to offer. even some tailors here have started selling their own ready-made garments.

Yeah, and they are more cheaper with a wide variety of choices..
tailor made rarely have little identical pair unlike those ready to wear clothing most have identical design...

tailors have mostly opened small boutiques and those who are good at their work get a better price for their clothes.

Yup, and many customer would become a loyal and returning customer having to buy and try for themselves tailor made clothing have rarely have identical pairs as they are not being made in bulk unlike those RTW's they have many pairs..

Yeah, very true and I think most old people choose to buy clothes which they already known for a long time and go for comfort and less style. And, most young people are fond of buying the latest trends in town as it is more favorable to them becomes famous to display to their peers as a form of being popular being always o the buzz for the latest get ups and trends in town.thanks

yeah, and that could be traced with the main culprit brought by the mass media advertising campaign to lure the general public to buy their products and since most of the endorser are young and famous,those products mainly appeal to those with higher percentage of population composing mostly from the young categories. Thus, it is concluded that the young is more adept in being a fashion trend setter rather than merely watching the changes in her surrounding and more incline to become an impulsive buyer. While the old is merely contented in buying clothes that is for comfort and durability with less inclination in terms of choosing to buy fashionable branded clothing.

YEah^_^ Whatever is expensive does not mean they are branded stuffs.. lol=D Real branded stuffs can be those, one has not even heard about it, as it's really too expensive for just anybody to own it.. haha=D

Their are also who imitate branded names and they are the fake one that is flooding in the markets that if one do no know to scrutinize they may wrongly believe it is genuine when in fact it is simply a replica of the original. So many consumer end up wasting the value of their money and deception is everywhere that happen not only in terms of the markets but most of the time deal with the mind.

Yup.. Expensive does not mean that it's the real stuff as well.. haha=D It's way too dangerous unless one buy from the shop itself.. If not, imitations will always be around.. haha=D

that right and to be a wise buyer need to identify a good shop which only sell authenticated fashionable item duly authorized by the company to sell thir genuine products..
mostly are generic products and for budget conscious saving consumer it would not be a bad ideas to buy on it as long as the item easily changes it trend then it is quickly replace as well..

UNless what they are buying are clothes, if not, trend wont really be changing that much in terms of other stuffs.. hehe^_^ BUt it's definitely not worth it to be following the trend and buying expensive clothes.. BEcause each trend only last for months before becoming outdated.. lol=D

and to be safer it is more safer to stick to the basic...

yeah, your right as many young are easily brainwash by those mass media advertisement making them as impulsive buyer purchasing anything that is latest and fashionable. All those things you mention are all important factors to considers making anyone a wise buyer. While you given more importance in terms of beauty products everyone should be careful as usually the products is mostly apply by you personally hence needed to be assure that it is of good quality compare to cheaper products which becomes a pain in the neck because of its worst quality.
