India lost the series to the Aussies already by 4-2 today till a match to go .India today lost the 6th match in guwahati by six wickets.Really a painful show by the Indians who lost the series to the Australian team (team having nine players short).Whats your opinion about this?

if u r asking about this match, well it could have been better.the toss was difficult.if u bat,u have to play extremely well for the first 40 minutes.if u bowl first,u have to score in a pitch which will be very slow.dhoni opted for the first one but thats not the problem.
sunny gavaskar rightly mentioned that sehwag should play ODIs as test matches so he can stay in the crease for long.i believe he faced less than 120 deliveries this whole series.so 20 deliveries a match is not good for a match winner.
gambhir is a talented guy but the way he got out in the last 2 games tells me something is going on in his mind.
as for dhoni batting, its like a shooting star.get to see it very rarely.
i know 170 will be tough to defend but it seemed the indians entered the field as if the match is already lost.
learn from the aussies idiots.
they can win a match with 19 runs in 3 overs with a guy on 175 and another going well on 23 and u give up before even bowling a ball.
the team doesnt need a coach or any other technicians.get them a guy who can motivate the guys during the innings interval and who can roam around the field and cheer the guys.
but i am happy.
why?
my view is dhoni is a guy riding on his luck as captain and sometimes with the help of good performance by other players.
i said once before that if dhoni can win a match against a team like west indies or england defending less than 200 runs,i will then accept that dhoni is indeed a good captain.
thats not the case today and one more thing was
ponting is always the best captain in the history of world captains.

Indians play like individual sports stars and Australians play like a team. That is the reason for Indian losses of 4 runs and 3 runs.
If you observe Australians don't worry much about who scoring how much and concentrate on the contribution resulting in a victory. Jadeja scored 57 runs in the 6th ODI but if hadn't got run out in the 5th ODI unnecessarily and just kept his cool and stayed with Praveen Kumar, India would have won.
And if anyone observes the throw that got Praveen Kumar short of crease was a perfect one, right on stumps. In such a pressure situation delivering such a perfect throw indicates Australians mental fitness and calculating and executing ability. Indians get unnecessarily panic and pay the price. 19 off 18 balls should be scored at any cost when you have 4 wickets!
That's where India lost the series!

There is no application whatsoever in the Indian performance. There is no fight left in them it seems. We just lack the fighting potential of the Aussies. One good performance and we lie back and rest.Let others do the playing.Look at the performance of the team.Once the batting was erratic, the bowling was no longer even of a standard level. Our team is so erratic in performance even with such talent it is really painful to watch.

i think this indian team could have wrapped series earlier but 3 run loss has weakened team a lot
so hats the reason for the failure

The main factor is Dhoni failure in last 3 matches
he doesn't score. If last match they won so they have a chance to save the trophy
