What qualities do u have that helps maintain good relationships with others?

Sincerity in our dealings with them, I guess gains their trust and ultimately leads to a lasting relationship. I also practice the art of "always giving the benefit of the doubt" . I might have misread their words and actions and sometimes it is wise to be tolerant. Perhaps we may be on the wrong and that we have misinterpreted them.

well i have some good qualities like i always help others, if someone ask me to do something that he or she want me to do, and if i can and i have time then i do for him or her. this is a good quality in me because of which everybody love me.

To maintain a good relationship,care and respect eachother is quite important in my eye.I have two true friend in my life and i connect with them almost everyday.Everytime we get together we all feel the time is flying and we have so much interesting things and feel so happy.Most of my secrets will be shared with them,so when i am in blue i always can have a good way to release it and the same to theirs.I really love my two good friends.

I try to listen and help where I can.
Lately everyone who knows me, says I am so sweet and nice.
I have the feeling being sweet and nice just pushes people away.
It causes jealousy too.

Sometimes I think it is better to be rude and egocentric. You get more respect.
Being sweet and nice, people start treating you as if you are stupid.

Lately I am very confused as how to get alone with others.
