The postal system should not be similar to Asian method and also
there is no more delivery to the house or office like in the Asian
country. Most of the letters should be delivered to the post box
only and also you must confirm the right and correct post box no
in order to deliver to a particular person. So if you want to get
your letter to be delivered to a right person, you need to have
the company name, person name, and post box number, then it would
reach to the right person of yours. Hope that this information would

It's the name of the intended recipient, and underneath that c/o the person who resides at the address you're using, then the address like usual. Don't forget the zip code.

It would immediately become a problem. There is no reason that you could not mail something directly to anyone who has a correct mailing address to anyone who lives in the country.

Both Canada and the USA have federally run postal services and I would be wary of possible fraudulent action on your part, giving an address, care of or otherwise, in those countries, because it could mean a federal offense, perhaps.
I am, of course, not sure at all exactly what you are trying to do here, other than get into a market scheme that doesn't include other countries like yours or mine.. Just be careful there, my friend!
