Apologies and how do u vent?

I would like to say sorry for my post yesterday about how stupid men are and that women are always right but i had a bad day and i am sick of my boyfriend not even trying to see my point of view u kno? well that's all i wanted to say really except how do you vent when you have a bad day?

I take a deep breath, sometimes start the day over with a nap, talk about it to a good friend and forgive myself. If that don't work I go find something to take out the frustration at. Like the Ps2 fighting games or a pillow. Thanks for sharing.
