How can I get most of the internet?

the internet is a neutral thing. it can be a utility which can make your life easy or it can be a disaster which can make your life miserable. may i ask, what do you want to achieve in life? the internet can be a tool and means to achieve it. if you want to earn money, there are many opportunities that can do that. if you want to make friends and meet your partner in life, there are websites that can help you with that. it's another world out there with internet. have fun and learn.

We spend a lot of time searching.
There are some advices I give to my students that I hope can help you:

Google is also the Search Engine we use more and consider some basic rules in

Google´s use:Write as example a part of the sentence you wrote in your post in

Google:"Browsing the Internet concerns me much"

You wiil see that Internet, Browsing, Concern will be highlighted, the Search Engine doesn´t consider "the" "me". As default it use the AND operator.

When you type Internet and Browsing (really don´t need to write the AND) you will find 65 000 000 matches and none is what your looking for

Consider another example, let said you want to plan your vacations.

Try: vacation packages. 37 200 200 matches

If you know where you want to expend your vacations, it´s easy, let said you like Mexico, then "vacation packages Mexico" will give you 8 Millions matches that is something compare to the 37 Millions we found when we try with "vacations packages".

But why not:vacations package mexico all inclusive
or: vacations package mexico cancun "If you want to stay some days in Cancun"or: vacations packages cheap "If your primary concern is to expend as little as possible.

Then the problem is that we expend a lot of time browsing because we dont know exactly what we are looking for and in Internet there are millions of references.

Google is now offering a lot of options. In my browser I get a "show options" at the right and I get the results for: blogs, videos, even social (what is happenning now, let say at Twitter).

I also can use an Any Time Option and narrow my search for the last 24 hours, last week, etc

I don´t know how you have organized your Desktop.

I use the Google Search Bar and iGoogle, there is a Google Calendar (all my Tasks) a Google Patents (Search all Patents in USA) a Google Scholar, Google Books,Google Finance, Google News and so on.

you mean having quality time? i consider had done the most here when i get to fulfill all my works online for the day. it's my second priority aside from my job offline. i don't just surf with nothing to gain. i make sure that all i do here is worth my time and effort like earning and having fun at the same time.nice,post you've got here.
