they are working for god,then why they be paid?in the bible none of the priest were paid.they devorted their time to work for god freely without payments then why this generation priest earn from teaching the word of god
In the bible it does not say anything about this because they lived on what the King gave them. And since it was partly written by the priests too. As for people living nowadays, it is impossible to live without a source of income.
