Hello. There are ofcourse so many things that happens in the course of the life-time which causes a lot of stresses and strains. One just have to find the way to bear and get rid of all those stresses. One excellent way I have been practising is "Yoga Meditation". I am practising every evening, and have felt the benefit of it so much. Yoga meditation is good for mental as well as physical health.
