Different jobs means different problems. As for the fat belly issue, I think people who sit behind a desk suffer it the most. For people whose job requires them to sit for 8 hours, they will have lesser time to exercise and thus, develop a fat belly. As for those people who are required to stand for a long, time they have their varicose veins issue. Now, to answer your problem about health being affected by computer, I think the most affected part for me are my eyes. There are times when I have to do typing non-stop and my computer doesn't have anti - glare and I refuse to wear eye glasses. Too much staring at the screen get my eyes watery at times. I believe that using computer is not harmful but anything that is too much is bad.

this happen if we dont move and word physically then the fat of our body does not get burnt and stored in our body.
fat is also the cause of many diseases too. and some are heart related too.
and i think with computers there is a probability of eyes being affected.

Yes, the more sedentary our life is, the more our bellies grow larger. So just exercise a bit to maintain your current waist line and not exceed the limit considering your height and weight. Cheers!

yeah, I am quite affected by it but still can't help controling myself. no way to stay away from my dear pc.
my eye sight is affected first then is my neck. it feels stiff. I guess these are common symptoms for internet sufers.
now I turn to listen to some stories by downloading them on my mobile phone.

Yes you are right, sitting too long at the computer, will make you weight go up, I need to get out and walk a lot, myself because I have notice my weight, picking up and my doctor told me to lose weight, so I have to put walking, in my schedule when I am not Mylottling.
