How healthy are you?

Do you eat atleast a part of a fruit or vegetable a day or do you just stick to eating fat food such as chocolate and chips all day. I am just curious as some people find it hard to stick to a balanced diet and eat healthy at least once a day or even drink water.
I eat atleast two pieces of fruit or vegetable a day and a lot of water to keep a healthy balanced system running in my body.

I used to think that I am very healthy because I seldom get ill. But recently I have been suffering a unknown illness for abouta week. I suffered a headache but nothing other symptoms. I went to a famous hospital and asked a good teacher to help me. After examining me she gave me a prescription on which two kinds of medicine were written and told me to come back if it didn't work. Obviously she didn't figure out the problem. Fotunatly, after taking the medicine for a week I recovered. I don't know it is the medicine what contibuted to my recovery or something else. It indicated that I was not pretty healthy recently!

I do try and eat a vegetable every night at dinner and in between lunch and dinner i try and eat some fruit so i can stay healthy. Right now im sick and taking medicines and its just draining me and not wanting to eat and all that silly food and i just go into the pantry and grap something and its usually not the best things of course. I eat fruit when they are cold only so i try the day before to put something in the fridge to eat so i can have a healthier snack then chips or some other junk food.

I have a genetic condition so unfortunately, I am not 100% healthy although I'd like to be. I try and keep a balanced diet but it's hard sometimes when my work takes up much of my time. I do take supplements and vitamins but of course, eating healthy is better.
