yes you can recieve funds in paypal without verifying it.
you dont need to verify your account to recieve or send money.
btw if your account is not verify the only problem you will face is funds limit.

If you just have a personal paypal account and not a pro, you are alright. You can transfer money and receive money up to a certain limit. You only need verification if you have a personal pro account. Most sites accept unverified account. But there are a small number of sites that required a verified account

There is no limit for receiving money to unverified paypal account, provided, paypal to paypal payment.
If you are going to receive Credit Card payments -- the limit is 5 transactions (a fee will be charged)

If you don't have CC to verify your a/c, then you can do it in 2 ways --
1. buy a virtual credit card and get verified - many sites are available but be aware of scams.
2. Find any relative or friend who is having same title as you ( Think your name is Kail 2001. Find someone with 2001 as title). Borrow his CC for 10 minutes and add the CC no. to paypal to get verified. As soon as you get verified withdraw the card and return back.
Be sure that person is not having PP a/c with same CC.

Hi dear you should join premium account in paypal bcz in that you will not be asked your credit cards information.second you can verified your paypal account by VCC cards but if you dont have this also so you can verify by your bank account just click on profile summary where you can see add bank details so just fill up information after that paypal will deposit two little amount in your account so in statement you will get secret code so you need to type that secret code in paypal where is reqired after this process you will be verified

You can recieve money from them even you don't verify your account. The point is your transation must not exceed $400.

A credit record not requisite, you can withdraw or deposit money through your bank account.

i just checked my pay pal account and mine is not verified at all and i have had it for a couple of years and i am still able to send and receive money
