I have noticed that I and some others are always asking for different kinds of recipes rather it is for chicken or rice or whatever else. Well I figure I would start this discussion because I have yet to see a discussion like this one. So why don't we all share recipes here. I will start by giving my recipes for peanut butter cream pie and fruit salad.
Peanut Butter Cream Pie For this you need: 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter (It don't matter what brand)
1/3 cup of sugar
1 package of cream cheese(8 oz.)
1 container of whip cream(8 oz.) Any brand will do.
1 graham cracker crust(You could even use the chocolate one).
Chocolate syrup and tooth picks
In a mixing bowl you want to put the Peanut butter and cream cheese in it and then mix it till it is creamy. Then add the sugar and mix that well together. I try a small spoon full to make sure that I have enough peanut butter in it. After you feel that it has the right amount of peanut butter you want to put all the whip cream on top of the peanut butter cream and then fold the whip cream in. NOTE: You do not want to whip it in.
After folding the whip cream in, you then put it in the crust. You can decide if you want all the filling in it or not. I for one always leave some in the bowl to eat. After you put the filling in the crust level it out.
Now its time for the syrup: You want to watch what you do when putting the syrup on the pie. You can make a swirl with the syrup and then take the tooth picks and start in the middle of the swirl and take your tooth pick and go from middle to the outage of the pie. This should make a spider web. Now if you want something more fancier you could make hearts. Hearts are awesome. For the hearts you want to do just little drops with syrup all the around the pie and then using a clean tooth pick start at the top of one drop of syrup and then run the tooth pick through syrup through the middle of each drop making sure that you connect each one. The you got connected hearts. After you do the syrup, you then want to chill the pie for 8-10 hours.
Fruit Salad
You need:
1. 1 package of vanilla pudding (1.7 oz.)
2. 2 containers of whip cream (8 oz.)
3. 2 cans of fruit cocktail (29 oz)
You want to open both cans of fruit but keep the lids.
Drain one can of fruit and throw the lid away from that one. Take the other can and drain the syrup out of it into a bowl.
You then want to take the syrup from the fruit and mix it with the vanilla pudding in a bowl. After doing so you then want to mix in the whip cream. You can mix it together in this recipe. After you have that all mixed well together, you then can add the fruit. cover the fruit well with the mixture and then chill for 10 hours.
Well I hope that you all enjoy these recipes as much as I do. The peanut butter cream pie is off the net and the fruit salad is a recipe I made.

That's sad that one cannot share recipes anymore. I do not see what is wrong with it.

I too don't see what's wrong with it. But so far this discussion is still up, so I hope people get the chance to write the recipes down before it does get taken off the mylot discussions. But I do hope that your hubby likes the pie when you make it.

Hello, I don't know if there are any sites like that but, if you want to exchange emails through PM we can exchange recipes that way. I know that it is against the rules to give out your emails.

Is there anyway possible we could share recipes on another site or by emailing each other? I like being able to share recipes.

Yeah you are right, I went and read the guidelines and it was updated again with new rules. So I did not know that they had put new rules in the guidelines but they did. I will make sure that I don't post those kinds again.
