As far as I know you can not change your user name on myLot unless you create a new account but then your earnings from your old account would be lost. I am sure someone can give you a definitive answers on this one.

If you really dislike it you can delete and reopen your account with a different username and email.
But in that case you will loose all your earned money and friends.
